How can we protect our body when we fall down?
As you know,
Taekwondo martial arts using hands and feet to protect our body.
Taekwondo. kicking is famous.
TV is showing that dolryechagi(roundhouse kick) in TAEKWONDO is the strongest in any martial arts.
BUT...
To be honest,
In Taekwondo, It's difficult to ensure oneself from harm when we fall down.
SO
We practice not only Taekowndo but also how to protect in Black Belt Class every Wednseday,
People are focusing on the class if they miss skill. That's cool.
Don't miss Black Belt class that only Black Belter can join.
We are waiting for Color belter getting Black Belt
