No yo-yo syndrome anymore!!
HELLO :) Are you going on a diet well? as you know, it's more difficult to keep weight than loosing weight?
i will let you know how to prevent yo yo syndrome.
YO YO SYNDROME is going back to all the weight you lost. It makes us get other dagerous illness.
First, go on diet steadly.
Short term diet makes musle loss and fat gained. eventually, people who do steadly is a winner.
Seond, have 3 meal a day!
If the meal time and amount is unbalanced, boby tend to save calororeis. not digest.
You should have a meal on time.
Third, move often!
People who can get fat easily like watching tv, realxing on the chair and surfing internet.
Moving a lot wil help diet.
In MOOTO, There are many students to keep shape and health.
KEEP IT UPr! It's killing two birds with one stone!
